We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 for all orders within the continental United States. We use reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and safe manner. Please note that there are additional charges for international shipping.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, for items in stock. Any custom designs in our design process will be queued in order of receiving them and have a turnaround time of 1 – 2 weeks (once started) and will be shipped immediately upon completion. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can easily track your package.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging included. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items or personalized/customized items.
